What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
At Comfort Candle Company, we use a premium, proprietary soy-blend wax designed for a clean, slow burn and maximum scent throw.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer returns if I don’t like the scent?
Yes, we want you to love your home's atmosphere. You can return unlit, unused candles in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, always allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to the edges of the glass during the first burn. This typically takes 2-3 hours.
Are your fragrances safe for pets and children?
We use phthalate-free fragrance oils and lead-free cotton wicks. However, we always recommend keeping burning candles out of reach of children and pets and never leaving them unattended.
